About the Role
F5 is looking for a HR Systems Analyst III to join our team within the F5 Digital Organization. In this role, you will be a key contributor in designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday solutions and processes that support Sales Compensation programs.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday and Sales Compensation systems, processes, and data flows.
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Partner with engineering and development teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements and new capabilities.
- Support the end‑to‑end sales compensation lifecycle, including plan configuration, calculations, reporting, and payouts.
