Job Description
Become an HR Support Coordinator and be the first responder to employee inquiries in our People & Culture team. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will provide administrative support, manage employee data, and ensure a seamless HR service delivery experience. Your role will involve interpreting HR policies, maintaining documentation, and working collaboratively with team members to enhance HR operations. Your contributions will drive continuous improvement and effectiveness within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address routine HR inquiries on various topics
• Assist in maintaining employee data integrity
• Collaborate with the HR team on admin tasks
• Create and update documentation for employee resources
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements
Requirements:
• HR diploma is required; Bachelor's is an asset
