**Responsible for directing and monitoring HR KPIs, including absenteeism, turnover, retention, and costs, ensuring that staffing objectives are met at the plant level.
**
**Responsibilities**:
- Direct and monitor HR KPIs, ensuring the reduction of absenteeism and turnover.
- Coordinate actions to meet minimum staffing requirements at the plant level.
- Listen, follow up, and resolve conflicts presented by managers, supervisors, and employees while maintaining effective rapport with staff.
- Supervise the activities of HR Generalists and indirectly oversee the Coordinators of Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Services.
- Develop and ensure the implementation of policies and procedures that comply with the EICC labor and ethical code, taking corrective actions in case of non-compliance.
