HR Specialist (Barranquilla)

In SOLVO INTEGRAL we are looking for a HR Specialist to support recruitment and hiring process, manage employee relations and administer compensation and benefits programs (among other responsibilities).

Location: Barranquilla , Atlántico (SMART OFFICE - Cra 51b # 80-58, Alto prado, Piso 21)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM- 05:00 PM (40 hours)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.
• 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• B2+ English Level
