Summary You will serve as a HR SPEC (INFORMATION SYSTEMS) in the HUMAN RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT BRANCH of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will determine design strategy for system design. You will provide advice and guidance to HROM personnel and service population on information systems. You will work with the system manager to identify problems in the personnel/payroll system. You will work with customers to handle any personnel/payroll problems which fall under the purview of the HROM. You will ensure that systems are in working order.
