HR Shared Services Administrator - Senior (Bogotá)

You will be aligned to our People and Organizational vertical and will be a part of the Regional Shared Services (HR) team that serves stakeholders and process partners across the Region, initially supporting the US processes.

You would be working in one of the functions in employee life cycle, resourcing, learning, and training, rewards or reporting and will be responsible for managing the service delivery and providing optimum solutions to stakeholders and process partners.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders and process partners (Recruitment, HR BP’s, Payroll, Time writing) to ensure customer requests are processed on a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the customers to understand business needs, accountable for preparing and managing issue logs to deliver delight.
