Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted HR partner for clinics
• Lead and manage recruitment and onboarding efforts
• Develop Health & Safety plans for compliance
• Administer and facilitate leave and return processes
• Coach managers on performance and development
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in healthcare
• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred
