We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist – IT with a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles and work closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently and within timelines.

Handleend-to-end IT recruitmentfor junior, mid-level, and senior technical roles
Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies
Source candidates throughjob portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit
