HR & Payroll Plant Manager - Chihuahua, MX

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Plant Manager to lead all human resources and payroll functions at our manufacturing facility in Chihuahua. This role ensures legal compliance, supports organizational development, manages labor relations, and drives employee engagement. The position also oversees accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with Mexican labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Leadership

• Partner with plant leadership to support business goals through effective HR strategies.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain qualified personnel.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and development programs.
• Oversee training and succession planning to build internal capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws (STPS, IMSS, INFONAVIT).
