Job Description

The HR Manager is a key player in supporting the Canadian salaried workforce at the Montreal location. You will deliver comprehensive HR services, ensuring compliance with Quebec legislation, and enhancing employee engagement. Collaboration with leadership is essential to align HR strategies with business needs and support organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support covering recruitment, onboarding, and performance
• Address employee inquiries with discretion and sensitivity
• Partner with leadership to enhance workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with CNESST and other regulations
• Compile HR metrics for informed decision-making
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience
