- Develops, implements, and communicates company programs and policies.
-Promote positive employee relations and build relationships with employees and managers to become a trusted advisor.
-Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, disciplinary actions with support -Support management in fostering a culture of open feedback, high morale, and engaged employees.
-Conduct Investigations when needed, and document appropriately.
-Manage motivational programs, social, cultural, recreational activities, community support - Responsible for the organizational communication and motivation policies.
- Measure the organizational climate.
Experiência y requisitos
- Business Bachelor's degree or related career/experience or related - Understanding of the Mexican labor law - Ability to develop solid and positive professional relationships with senior leadership, subordinates and peers
