Job Description
Elevate your career as an HR Generalist in Windsor, ON, earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually. Support HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites, engaging with employees and management alike.
This HR Generalist role directly reports to the CFO and collaborates with company leadership at three local manufacturing facilities. Ideal candidates will bring 3 to 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting along with knowledge of Ontario’s Employment Standards. You will manage recruitment processes and employee relations, driving organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment from job postings to onboarding
• Partner with management for employee relations and guidance
• Support health and safety protocol and compliance
• Maintain employee records and compliance documentation
• Assist with payroll processing as required
