In this hands-on position, you will collaborate with managers and teams to improve workforce planning and culture. Key responsibilities include supporting employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and onboarding. Your proactive approach will contribute directly to waste diversion and a sustainable circular economy across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as HR business partner for multiple operations
• Conduct site visits for practical HR support
• Provide guidance on compliance with employment legislation
• Support performance management and engagement initiatives
• Assist in designing training and health programs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma/degree in Human Resources
• 1–2 years’ HR experience, ideally in a unionized environment
