About the Role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to support the execution of HR strategies and people processes in the CCAM cluster (Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Panama, and Ecuador). The role works closely with HR Business Partners for manufacturing and administrative populations, ensuring implementation of key HR initiatives such as labor relations, engagement, talent processes, onboarding, communications, well‑being, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Execute HR strategies and plans defined by HR Business Partners.
- Support labor relations and investigations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate talent processes including onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, and well‑being.
