Overall responsibility for HR in Germany, including disciplinary and functional leadership of a decentralized HR team of approximately 26 employeesEstablishment and continuous development of the HR organization and the HR operating model (HR Business Partners, Shared Services, Centers of Expertise) with a focus on efficiency, service quality, and scalability Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnership
Steering the implementation of strategic HR priorities and proactively driving key initiatives in the areas of organization, leadership, and workforceAdvising management in complex transformation and change scenarios Governance, Transformation & Culture
Standardization of HR processes, policies, systems, and compliance frameworks
