Siemens General Business Services (GBS) is seeking an HR Administrative Specialist to support employee data changes, HR transactions, and ensure systems integrity. The role entails providing Tier 2 HR support related to the employee lifecycle and collaborating across teams to standardize HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree, 1-3 years of experience with HR management systems, and proficiency in PeopleSoft. Strong communication skills in English and familiarity with Microsoft Excel are essential.
