Responsibilities

• Support workforce with questions/issues they have about HR processes, systems, and programs by responding to tickets submitted by employees in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to resolve enquiries.
• Process employee data changes within HRIS (Workday).
• Administer P&C programs and processes.
