Responsibilities
- Leads the process for the district’s student program; plans and organizes college recruiting activities, including orientations, events, networking with colleges and universities, managing databases, and coordinating interviews.
- Assists with coordination and administration of training and facilitation plans and programming for the district.
- Provides support to HRPD team in recruiting and on boarding practices (entry-to mid-level positions).
