Job Description
Enhance HR operations with Transdev as a Business Partner in Calgary, Vancouver, Abbotsford, or Kelowna. Drive employee relations, support leaders, and champion HR policy compliance.
In this critical role reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will act as a key advisor on employee and labor relations, emphasizing your expertise in performance management and grievance handling. You will lead ongoing HR projects and ensure operational leaders comply with relevant labor agreements. Your contributions will directly impact the organization’s culture and operational efficiency.
