Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

Contract Type: Full-time contract (6 months, with potential extension & conversion)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst II – Payroll & Tax to join a collaborative team supporting day‑to‑day payroll operations in a large corporate environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex payroll processes, including year‑end reporting, expatriate payroll, and executive payroll support.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and gain exposure to Canadian and U.S. payroll regulations in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.

• Extension/Conversion: Possible
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime: May be required based on business needs
• Location: Toronto
