• Lead lifecycle management: manage end-to-end workforce administration processes, including new hires, job changes, and terminations, to deliver a seamless transition for every colleague.
• Support internal stakeholders: provide high-quality HR services via ServiceNow, ensuring agile, accurate, and human-centric responses to employee inquiries.
