Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and job postings
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
• Draft offer letters and partner with hiring managers
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new team members
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
• Experience in HR roles within professional services
• Strong communication and detail orientation
• Professional demeanor with confidential information
