Hr Advisor

Foremost has an immediate opening for an HR Advisor at our Calgary manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HSE & Human Resources, this role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle while working as part of a collaborative and lean HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic partnership with hands‑on HR administration in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding employee information in accordance with privacy legislation, employment legislation, and Foremost’s internal policies.
