Job Description
Position Summary
The Off-Campus Housing Coordinator oversees all aspects of building operations including tenant relations, lease signing, office administration, housekeeping, maintenance, finance, and staff development. The Coordinator must possess strong communication skills, demonstrate leadership, delegate responsibilities, organize projects, and establish priorities consistent with company objectives.
Essential Functions
- Finance – Maintain and control operational revenues and expenses, ensure collection procedures for accounts receivable, and complete accurate monthly reporting.
- Sales & Marketing – Oversee lease initiatives, assess target markets, direct direct marketing initiatives for maximizing tenant occupancy, update the Property Marketing Plan, and create internal sales promotions.
