Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness, maintenance, and brand standards.
• Staff Supervision: Lead, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff including room attendants. Provide training, performance feedback, and conduct performance reviews to maintain high service standards.
• Operations & Logistics: Prepare daily housekeeping assignments and project plans, manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and ensure housekeeping equipment and machines are in proper working o...
