Become the House Lead at Life's Journey in Truro Winnipeg, MB, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our residential program participants. Drive operational success through mentoring and teamwork while maintaining high standards.
This full-time, permanent role is dedicated to fostering a nurturing home for participants with varied needs. In collaboration with a multi-disciplinary care team, you will monitor activities, provide training, and ensure adherence to policies. Your leadership will champion the participants' growth and support, making a significant impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe, supportive residential environment
• Provide ongoing mentorship to Residential Support Mentors
• Monitor program activities according to planning documents
• Collaborate with the Residential Care Team effectively
• Maintain communication with key stakeholders involved
Requirements:
• 3 years related experience in a supportive role
