Overview
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for organizing, distributing, and overseeing the workload of the shift and department.The supervisor drives the efficiency and ensures the quality of the work being performed.The supervisor is responsible to not only oversee a team, but also conduct hands-on repairs themselves.
This is a full-time position.
Requires availability on weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
Responds to guest’s maintenance requests, questions and resolves their needs.
Assists with the hiring of new employees and recommends promotions in Facilities department.
Assists with training, motivating and supporting subordinate staff to ensure quality service.
