Host Family for Community Support

Become a Host Family providing nurturing support for adults with intellectual disabilities. Your welcoming home can significantly enhance their independence and sense of belonging.
As a vital part of our Family Home Program, we seek individuals or couples eager to offer either short-term or long-term support. Experience in developmental services is helpful but not essential. You will be equipped with training and financial assistance, emphasizing relationships and community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe and secure housing for individuals
• Work to enhance the quality of life for each person
• Provide tailored support based on individual needs
• Encourage active participation in community activities
• Complete a screening process, including a criminal records check
