Hospital Kitchen Lead & Food Safety Trainer

NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their in-house catering team at the community hospital in Aviemore. This part-time permanent role involves managing kitchen operations, adhering to food hygiene regulations, and training staff on food safety management.

Applicants should possess Rehis Intermediate food hygiene training, be well-educated, and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Working hours will be scheduled between 0730 and 1830 over five days, including weekends as required.
