Hope looking for a babysitter or nanny in London

A young family looking for someone to watch our son during the week. Not everyday, my schedule shifts but I get my schedule three weeks ahead so I can give early notice of when we need a babysitter.
Lucas is a busy but good little dude, he likes drawing, Reading, playing etc. and he is not a picky eater.
