Home Care Worker

It takes a special person to be a Home Care Worker and help the older members of our community to maintain their home and enhance their wellbeing. We are looking for just that person to join the Silverchain team in Sunshine Coast South (Caloundra, Maroochydore, Forest Glen and all surrounding southern suburbs).
