In this position, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the S.S. Moyie under the guidance of the First Mate. Your role ensures passengers have a safe and enjoyable experience. Key skills include problem-solving, customer service, and engaging presentations on marine history and the park environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help passengers during boarding and disembarking
• Assist in launching and mooring the ship
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the ship
• Support emergency procedures and drills
• Deliver informative presentations to visitors
Requirements:
• Secondary school education preferred
• Experience in customer service and cleaning tasks
• Certification in Marine Basic First Aid (training provided)
• Proficient in English for clear communication
