As the Manager of Heli Sales, you will guide the sales team in expanding the reach of CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures and Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing. This role involves team coaching, performance optimization, and collaboration with the Guest Experience Manager to ensure seamless transitions from sales to service. Strong focus on guest acquisition, strategic goal setting, and operational alignment are critical to success.
