Heavy Equipment Operators

We are seeking committed and skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team for the upcoming 2026 season, primarily located in the Edmonton area. Our fleet consists mainly of CAT equipment, well-maintained and equipped to handle various tasks. Operators are required for:

• Excavators
• Loaders
• Skid-Steers
• Graders (GPS experience preferred)
• Dozers (GPS experience preferred)

Please note - These positions will start in April 2026, with the exact start date being weather dependent. All Operators will undergo an in-person Competency and Evaluation by our HEO Trainer at the Wilco Contractors Training Facility, prior to receiving a full time offer and starting work.

• Performing pre-operation inspections and completing necessary maintenance checks on heavy machinery
