Heavy Equipment Operator

This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment within various divisions, depending on specialization and project demand. The role offers natural job rotation across a wide range of on‑site assignments essential to project completion.

Work Hours

The hours of work will consistently range from 40 to 50 hours per week (7 am–5 pm). Overtime, weekends, and/or evenings may also be required depending on contract and project timeline.

Responsibilities

• Inspect heavy equipment before use to ensure mechanical and safety systems are in good working order.
• Operate heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, excavators, bobcats, bulldozers, screening plants, crushing plants, and stackers to excavate, move, crush, screen, and load gravel, concrete, asphalt, or dirt.
