The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Sewer and Watermain Foreman to lead field crews on municipal infrastructure projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure quality and safety standards, and mentor crew members on complex underground utility installations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Supervise and coordinate sewer and watermain installation crews on active job sites.
• Manage daily workflow, equipment deployment, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and safety protocols.
• Communicate with project managers, estimators, and general contractors.

Quality & Safety

• Enforce safety regulations and company procedures on all sites.
• Monitor work quality against project plans and municipal standards.
