The Virtual Concierge is responsible for serving patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and accounts, answering all inbound calls and outside referrals.

- Patient Interaction: Greet and assist patients and visitors, either in person or over the phone, answering inquiries or referring them to the appropriate department.
