Become an integral part of the First Nations Health Authority as a Health Programs Officer, providing support for Public Health programming in a hybrid role. Collaborate with communities to ensure effective execution of health initiatives.
This temporary position focuses on the Communicable Disease, Population & Public Health Program. You will work closely with the CDPPH Manager and other senior leads to support STBBI, Immunization, and Maternal Child Health programs. Your expertise will directly impact health outcomes for First Nations communities across Metro Vancouver.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advisory services to CDPPH Manager and communities
• Support nurses in achieving Immunization Competency Program requirements
• Develop tracking reports and documentation for health programs
