Job Description
Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Health Coach for their Remote location. Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for supporting health promotion and wellness programs aimed at encouraging members to adopt healthy lifestyles by actively participating in wellness activities.
+ Position will provide assessment, health education and behavior change counseling using a collaborative approach to facilitate change.
+ Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Assist in the identification and development of member health education needs through health assessment activities that may include online health risk appraisal, telephonic outreach, etc.
+ Provide telephonic outreach and counseling on member compliance with nationally accepted health prevention guidelines and general health and wellness strategies.
