Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the care manager, Red Deer Home care in the role of Home Support Aide. You will be responsible for providing quality care to clients in the community.The successful candidate will interact with the team and the clients/families to provide direct care as needed. You may be required to perform other duties depending on workload.

Description:

As a Health Care Aide (HCA), you will work as a collaborative member of the multidisciplinary team, providing personal assistance by supporting activities of daily living and delivering support services to patients (clients, residents) who require short term assistance or ongoing support, in accordance with the patient care plan and facility policies and procedures.
