Job Description

The Position
Plan and deliver engaging social events on site

Conduct a variety of group fitness activities and classes for residents

Implement and assist in the coordination of company-wide health initiatives

Monitor and maintain all sporting, leisure and recreational activities / facilities on site

Conduct Health Assessments and Gym Inductions for residents

Provide educational seminars as required

Ensure communication and reporting processes are followed
The Person
A Certificate IV in Fitness, Diploma of Sport and Recreation or health related degree is essential

Minimum 12 months experience in a similar environment

Current first aid and CPR certificate mandatory

Australian manual driver’s licence

Events/Community Engagement experience - highly desirable
