Aon is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition, LATAM to lead experienced hiring across Latin America and support the execution of the delivery our Global Capability Centre (GCC) talent strategy for the region. Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and acting as a key partner to the LATAM People Director, you will play a central role in shaping an Aon United recruiting strategy that enables business growth, builds critical capability and accelerates our GCC ambition.

This role is located in Mexico City or Sao Paulo. The ideal candidate has fluency in English, Spanish AND Portuguese.
