About the role

We’re looking for a commercially driven, analytically sharp, and action-oriented Head of Sales Strategic Partnerships – Australia & New Zealand to join our Sales Finance team. ​ This critical leadership role combines relationship management, commercial acumen, and frontline execution to drive growth, customer acquisition, and commercial performance across our top-tier partners (excluding Harvey Norman). ​

You’ll lead a team of Area/Account Managers to unlock sales finance volume, optimise partner engagement, and ensure our propositions deliver strong outcomes for customers and commercial returns for the business. ​ You’ll also lead negotiations, shape go-to-market initiatives and work cross-functionally to remove barriers to growth across our most strategically important accounts.
