Summary The Smithsonian Institution is the world's largest museum, education, and research complex. The Smithsonian American Women's History Museum creates, educates, disseminates & amplifies the historical record of the accomplishments of American women. This position is located organizationally in Planning and Project Management, Smithonian American Women's History Museum (SAWHM), Under Secretary for Museums and Culture, Smithsonian Institution (SI). Responsibilities The Head of Project Management and Exhibitions manages key portions of the Museum's overall programs as SAWHM evolves into a physical museum. In this position, you will: Supervise assigned staff; promote staff development and assessment through the effective use of performance plans, individual development plans and training opportunities; oversee the work of staff and evaluate performance.
