Exercise leadership with a team of supervisors, aligning with Airbus vision and values Identify, document, and standardize key processes to achieve objectives Ensure continuous improvement, applying problem‑solving process Establish and monitor production targets Coach supervisors to develop talent within the organization Optimize sharing of knowledge and best practices Qualifications
