**Your Tasks**:
- Strategy and business planning.
Be the local medical specialist with a real hand on approach on increasing medical brand prescriptions and sell-out.
- Ensure the ROI in the different territories through the proper follow-up and monitoring of the performance of the Derma brands in the districts.
- Continuously verify in the field that the strategy and promotion of the products marketed under the Derma brands are being carried out according to the established procedures.
- Manage analysis tools such as IQVIA, ATV, Close-up, this is for the generation of business performance indicators and gap opportunity finding.
- Assure correct alignment between all areas and main initiatives with Medical Management & Marketing strategy (Promotional Grid, Congresses, KOLs and DOLs)
- Ensure KPIs are focused on hitting ROI targets tied to build brand medical awareness & engagement, driving a better brand Derms' tracking evaluation and IQMED key KPIs.
