Job Description
As a key member of the Taiwan Leadership Team, this position partners closely with regional and global teams to shape broader marketing strategies, while also cultivating strong customer relationships to maximize sales and brand equity. In addition, the Head of Marketing is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the local Marketing team, demonstrating strong leadership within a matrix organisation.
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and brand-building plans aligned with company growth objectives.
Ensure the Marketing team is appropriately resourced to support business growth, particularly in Myopia Management.
Demonstrate a proactive, practical, and accountable leadership style.
