The Head of Indonesia is accountable for driving the execution of critical initiatives and leading the full profit and loss across all solution lines and business operations in Indonesia, excluding Reinsurance.







This role is tasked with formulating and implementing business strategies, setting and achieving financial and operational targets, and ensuring excellence in execution. The CEO provides leadership and mentorship for Commercial Risk and Health solution lines, consistently promoting a ‘good to great’ Aon United growth mindset.







This leader ensures that global and regional objectives are met while tailoring approaches to the Indonesian market and develops a culture of high performance throughout the organization.
