The Role

Client Portfolio Management:

• Cultivate robust relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their insurance needs and ensure these requirements are met effectively.
• Continuously monitor and adapt to changes in client circumstances to ensure insurance coverage remains aligned with their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with other divisions within WTW to address cross‑specialty client needs, maintaining a cohesive and consistent approach.
• Gain a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and their risk management requirements, delivering solutions through ongoing service and support.
• Identify and engage with primary budget holders and decision‑makers within client organizations to build and sustain strong relationships.
