Job Description
**Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions / Results**
+ Demonstrate the Company’s core values to contribute to the strategy and growth of the individual new business sales.
+ Develop sales strategy and drive associated action plan to achieve the Company’s growth and expansion in a compliant manner.
+ Manage and supervise all broker channels and strategic activities pertaining to all distribution and sales aspects.
+ Create robust and sustainable channels for growth through acquisition of new business clients and brokers; and driving increased penetration with existing business partners.
+ Direct the development and recommendation of measurable production and profit objectives which can be achieved through all channels. This includes budgeting and forecasting activities as well as analysis by broker & product line.
+ Partner closely with Marketing to ensure that marketing activities are optimized to the overall sales strategy of the company.
